What to do if your download is not working

• If there has been an error on the download or corruption of the file - repeat the download process above.
• Most media players work with the mp3 files. Other media player softwares are free to download ( windows media player is available from the microsoft site) and use if you have a problem
• The program will not work if you do not have a soundcard installed on your computer.
