The vision is to
enhance the daily lives of all Therapists from within and without
the Academy by offering a hand of friendship to unite as one
spiritual family whose purpose is to live in peace and harmony and
make our world a safer and more peaceful place for our
children’s children.
Our Aim
To
provide a safe place offering healing support, counselling, a
range of holistic therapies including respite and retreats for
those who care for others either professionally or voluntarily.
Mission Statement:
-
To
provide a place where all people can come to know and
understand each other and, in so doing, live as well as work
together towards peace in our world.
-
To celebrate diversity whilst acknowledging
the underlying unity of the human race and universal human
need for love and care of their physical, mental and spiritual
well-being. (as in NSF’s- promoting ourselves as evidence
–based health care).
-
To care for the physical environment in
order to maintain and enhance the heritage of the area, both
in the built and natural environment.
-
To promote sustainable ways of living in
harmony with our environment.
-
Become a centre of expertise, training and
support for equality and diversity issues.
-
Through our network of friends, we aim to
offer respite and retreat accommodation for carers in crisis.
To achieve this we aim our Therapists are now regrouping and
hope to form a Limited Company that will hopefully facilitate that
vision providing respite, an educational facility and a holistic
framework of practical support for Therapists, carers and members
within the local and national community.
